Το κτήμα προσφέρει ησυχία για χαλάρωση και ξεκούραση και συνάμα απέχει μόλις τρία λεπτά με τα πόδια από τα καταστήματα και τις ταβέρνες του λιμανιού (Κορησία).

Serve with cheddar cheese on whole wheat crackers for an unusual snack with

Honey Spice Vinaigrette
1 Tbsp Marinade Rub
2 tsp balsamic vinegar
1 tsp dijon mustard
1/4 cup olive oil
Speer 1 peeled clove of garlic with a fork,
you will use this to whisk the ingredients
together. Mix marinade rub, mustard and balsamic into a smooth creamy paste.
Slowing mix in olive oil. Toss the dressing thoroughly in green salad.

Watermelon BBQ Sauce
Spread a thick layer of RTF Watermelon
BBQ sauce over chicken or pork before
and during baking or grilling. Serve BBQ
sauce at the table for extra flvour on meat.

Seville Orange Marmalade & Camembert
Cover a wheel of Camembert cheese with a thick layer of Seville Orange Marmalade.
Warm in a very low oven (150F) until the cheese is soft and slightly runny. Serve as a dessert with a sweet wine or coffee.
